Returns made simple!
If for ANY reason you are not happy with your Totally Irish Gifts purchase we will offer you a refund or exchange of the cost of the product once it is returned to us in its original condition and within 30 days of receipt. Returns and exchanges can be made on the full purchase or part of.
If the product is being returned due to damage or an error on our part we will also refund the shipping cost.
Unless faulty or damaged on delivery, unfortunately we are not in a position to accept returns on:
- Personalised items
- Earrings – for hygienic reasons
- Lingerie Sets – for hygienic reasons
To return a gift please contact us, quoting your order number and the reason why you wish to return the item, we really do appreciate all feedback so that we can improved our products and service. We will send you an e-mail confirming our address that you should return the item to.
When will my refund appear on my credit card/PayPal account?
Refunds will be made only to the original purchase card or the PayPal account used.
If paying by credit card, refunds can only be processed 24 hours after the initial order is placed. Refunds to cards are via Stipe, our payment partner. Stripe refunds take between 5-10 working days to show back on your card account.
If paying by Paypal refunds can be credited immediately and should show instantly in your PayPal account.
Credits for returns can take up to 3 business days to administer from the time we receive the item(s) back.

Has my order shipped?
When your order has shipped we will send you an e-mail to let you know. If you have not received this e-mail please contact us and we will check your order. Notification of dispatch of personalised gifts being shipped directly from the supplier may be slightly delayed until the supplier has informed us of dispatch.
How do I cancel an item or change quantities in my order?
If you wish to cancel an item or make any change to your order, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to make the requested changes. Please note this will not be possible if the order has been shipped already or if the gift has already been personalised.
My order still hasn’t arrived.
If you feel too much time has elapsed between ordering and dispatch or, if your purchase has been shipped but hasn’t arrived in a timely manner, please e-mail us with your order number and we will track your order and get back to you with more details. We aim to respond to e-mail queries within 24 hours.
I received the wrong product or an item/part is missing from my shipment.
If your order has arrived to you, or to the gift recipient, and you feel that you have received the wrong product, or if there is an item or part missing please e-mail us quoting your order number outlining what the problem is. We will check out your query and get back to you with further details. We aim to respond to all email queries within 24 hours.
When will my backordered or made-to-order item arrive?
Backordered items are those not currently in stock, but are currently on order or made to order. Each supplier indicates an estimated lead time on such orders. We will stay in contact with you via e-mail to keep you informed and updated on the expected dispatch day.
PRICING AND BILLING
There is a currency drop down box in the top right hand corner of this site, with a choice to view pricing in Euro, US Dollars or UK Sterling. These exchanges rates are updated automatically on a daily basis and are quite accurate.
Do I have to pay customs duty?
Purchases may be subject to customs duty / local taxes on importation to countries outside the EU. This varies from country to country and is the responsibility of the purchaser. No customs duty is payable for countries within the EU.
Do I have to pay VAT / sales tax?
The price seen on the product pages is the total price of that item, there is no extra VAT or sales tax added at checkout.
I have a question on my charges.
Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact us for further assistance, we aim to respond to all e-mail queries within 24 hours.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose to pay by card or via PayPal. We accept American Express, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa cards. Customers also have the option of paying via PayPal. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
When will my card/PayPal account be charged?
If you are paying with a valid credit/debit card, your card company will authorise the payment immediately and the funds are held to be transferred within 24 hours to settle our account, this allows us to ship as soon as possible. Your card is normally charged within 24 hours of the order being placed.
If paying by PayPal the amount is debited from your account from the time you place the order.
One4all GIFT CARD
How do I checkout with a One4all gift card?
A One4all gift card is just like paying with a Visa debit card, see more details below.
Please note, if not spent after 12 months from the purchase date, the remaining amount on your One4all gift card reduces by €1.45 per month until the card reaches zero. You can check the balance on your One4all gift card at this link.
Payment by your One4all gift card and your credit card cannot be combined at checkout. However, if you wish to spend the balance of your One4all gift card and need to combine it with a credit card or PayPal payment please contact us and we will explain a way around this.
The details on the One4all gift card are entered into the area boxes of the credit card section of the checkout, as follows:
- In payment options at the checkout, select ‘Credit or Debit Card’.
- Enter the long number on the gift card in the ‘Card Number’ box.
- Use the Valid Thru date on the gift card in the ‘Expiry Date’ box.
- Find the CVV2 number behind the silver panel on the back of the gift card and input it into the ‘Card Code (CVC)‘ box.
- Tick the little box for ‘I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions’.
- Complete checkout by clicking the ‘Place Order’ box.
