The framed ‘Hearts Family’ is a really beautiful and top quality ceramic gift, suitable for lots of different occasions. Handmade by The Mood Designs, Co. Mayo. Two large hearts and 3 small hearts, all decorated glass encased in a glazed ceramic stoneware clay, in a lovely white frame. The mix of vibrant colours and the fragment design of the glass in these Hearts are very unique. Beautiful colouring of blues and greens, inspired by the every-changing sea, landscape and weather of Ireland.
