Kells Bay Artisan Poncho (Blue/Green)

The Kells Bay Artisan Poncho is an extra special luxurious garment. This stylish poncho is handmade from 100% very fine merino wool and open weave silk. It is hand painted with eco-friendly colourfast dyes with a stunning shine. This poncho has a longer length at the back than the front. However, it can also be worn to the side if a longer front is required. The neck opening can be worn up or down as a collar. This poncho is secure on the shoulders, making it comfortable to wear. Comes with a detachable silk flower pin brooch.

Each garment is unique and handmade using a Nuno Felting technique, which combines the wool and silk into one piece. The colours in this beautiful poncho are inspired by the blue and green colours of the coastline of the west coast of Ireland. Inspired by the lush colours of the tropical ferns and flowers of the South west coast of Ireland.
