Has my order shipped?
When your order has shipped we will send you an e-mail to let you know. If you have not received this e-mail please contact us and we will check your order.
How do I cancel an item or change quantities in my order?
If you wish to cancel an item or make any change to your order, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to make the requested changes. Please note this may not be possible if the order has been shipped already or if the item has been personalised.
My order still hasn’t arrived.
If you feel too much time has elapsed between ordering and dispatching or, if your purchase has been shipped but hasn’t arrived in a timely manner, please e-mail us with your order number and we will track your order and get back to you with more details. We aim to respond to e-mail queries within 24 hours.
I recieved the wrong product or an item/part is missing from my shipment.
If your order has arrived to you, or to the gift recipient, and you feel that you have received the wrong product, or if there is an item or part missing please e-mail us quoting your order number outlining what the problem is. We will check out your query and get back to you with further details. We aim to respond to all e-mail queires withing 24 hours.
When will my backordered or made-to-order item arrive?
Backordered items are those not currently in stock, but are currently on order or made to order. Each supplier indicates an estimated lead time on such orders, although delays may occur for various reasons. We we will stay in contact with you on a regular basis via e-mail to keep you informed and updated on the expected dispatch day.
