Returns made simple!
If for ANY reason you are not happy with your Totally Irish Gifts purchase we will offer you a refund or exchange of the cost of the product once it is returned to us in its original condition and within 30 days of receipt. Returns and exchanges can be made on the full purchase or part of.
If the product is being returned due to damage or an error on our part we will also refund the shipping cost.
NB: For products obviously damaged in transit we would be grateful if you, or the recipient, could please contact us either by phone or e-mail within 12 hours so that a claim can be made to the courier service within their alloted timeframe.
Items purchased using the Standard Postal Service cannot be tracked and insured, therefore Totally Irish Gifts.com will not accept responsibility if such items do not reach their destination or are damaged in transit.
Unfortunately we are not in a position to accept returns on:
- Personalised items
- Earrings – for hygienic reasons
- Lingerie Sets – for hygienic reasons
To return a gift please contact us, quoting your order number and the reason why you wish to return the item. We will send you an e-mail confirming our address that you should return the item to.
Refunds will be made only to the original purchase card.
