Full Gift Description
This beautiful small size Ceramic Celtic Cross Plaque is made from a textured stoneware clay. This allows for a rough rustic texture. The cross is finished with a mix of metallic oxide and glazes, giving a fabulous two-tone look. The Celtic Cross is raised on the plaque. Ready to hang by a strong rustic rope. This rope is knotted to the front of the plaque and adds to the rustic look.

- Weight of plaque: c180 gr
Overall cream colouring, decorated with blue and red glaze. Note: please allow for differences in screen colour and resolution.

Celtic crosses found in Ireland often had abstract designs of a Celtic nature or biblical scenes carved on them.
Many were made from sandstone and were originally painted in bright colours, similar to those used in the Gospels.
