Individually crafted, this board is a reversible flat surface for serving or cutting. The board is set off with a lovely waned burnt edge along one side.

• Material: sustainable ash wood.
• Colour: light ash wood, with dark edges.
• Makers logo is engraved in the bottom corner of the board.

Cheese Knives

Four different small cheese knives, suitable for both hard and soft cheese. The handle of each knife is laser engraved with an interlaced Celtic Trinity Knot.

• Approx dimensions: varying between 13 cm to 14 cm in length
• Material: light mahogany and stainless steel.
• Colour: mid brown handles. The engraved Celtic Knot shows darker on the handles.

The Trinity Knot, also known as the Triquetra, is one of the most recognised Celtic art images. The Celtic Christian church used it to represent the Holy Trinity, i.e., Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The Trinity Knot was also used to symbolise and honour the Mother, Maiden and Crone of the neo-pagan triple goddess. It signifies the three life-cycles or stages of womanhood in relation to the phases of the moon.
