1. Our Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy on most items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within that period from the delivery date for a full refund of the product price, provided the item is:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging where possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase such as your order number

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

  • Personalised or custom-made items such as engraved, embroidered, or otherwise customised goods
  • Perishable goods including food, drink, and similar consumables
  • Hygiene-sensitive items that cannot be resold once opened
  • Digital downloads once accessed or downloaded

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can arrange a free replacement or full refund where appropriate.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Start through our contact route or returns route with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will respond with next-step instructions, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
  3. Securely package the item and return it using a tracked service unless we arrange another method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method.

  • Processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • International duty or tax charges already paid are usually non-refundable once collected by customs

6. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
