Welcome to Totally Irish Gifts. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

• "Suppliers" refers to Irish artisans and makers who create our products

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, for example if an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, delivery is unsupported, or fraud or misuse is suspected. Payment must be received before order processing begins. We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe.

4. Pricing

Product prices and checkout charges are processed in EUR. The checkout may show an approximate local-currency equivalent based on the delivery country, but this is for guidance only and your card provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Customers cannot currently choose a different settlement currency. Prices include VAT where applicable. Where duties or import taxes can be calculated in advance, they are shown before payment; some destinations may still collect local charges on delivery.

5. Shipping

We ship from Ireland to Ireland, Northern Ireland, and selected EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. Free shipping is available to Ireland and Northern Ireland on orders over EUR75. Tracking is provided where available and delivery times remain estimates rather than guarantees.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return eligible items within 30-day returns of delivery for a refund provided items are unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and reviewed.

7. Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, handmade items may vary slightly from images. If you receive a product that is significantly different from the description, please contact us so we can review the right remedy, such as a return, refund, replacement, or other resolution required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Totally Irish Gifts or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Totally Irish Gifts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
